Using Kid Pix as an Instructional Tool

Kid Pix is one of the most versatile tools a teacher can have to use in the classroom. With Kid Pix you can create center activities, instructional slide shows, games,  and literacy activities. Kid Pix has the advantage of sound;  the teacher can record instructions for non-readers as well as emergent readers. It can be a great way to help older students that need the extra support that recorded instructions bring. Kid Pix is a marvelous instructional tool for whole groups as well as small groups and individuals. The following list is just a fraction of the ways you can enhance instruction in the early childhood classroom.   (Click on each example for a large version that can be imported directly into Kid Pix.
